The space The house consists of 2 floors and has 3 bedrooms: - lower floor: kitchen, bathroom, large living room with dining area, bedroom 1 with double bed (1.80 m), terrace - Upper floor: bedroom 2 with double bed (1.80 m) and 2 single beds, bedroom 3 with double bed (1.60 m) The great treasure of the house is the huge wild forest garden: 3000 square meters completely for you, with a large walnut tree in front of the terrace, swing, mud kitchen, sandbox and a hanging teepee for self-assembly. In the kitchen, all the basics are available: from spices, vinegar & oil to the toaster. For your morning coffee, there is a MoccaMaster filter machine, a coffee press and a Bialetti espresso maker as well as a milk frother. All beds are freshly made for you and towels are also ready for you. Guest access We have 5 parking spaces for you right by the house or property. It is useful to have at least one car on site as a group. You can also arrive by train. Bad Gandersheim train station is 5 minutes away by car. Other things to note Children are very welcome in Koselig! <3 There are: - Two high chairs (roba) with belt - inflatable crib (on request) - 3x mobile bed guard rails - Stair gates - 2 x step stool - Children's tableware - Changing mat, nursing pillow, toilet seat for children - Baby monitor (Philips Avent Audio) - Socket protection in the entire house - Building blocks, toy cars, painting things, puzzles, ball, marble track - Children's books/board games for children from 2 years of age (Lotti Karotti, Jenga, Rappelzappel) - Bobby Car (for outdoors) - Sandpit - Table tennis table (for outside) The garden is a huge adventure playground for children: play in the sandbox, collect branches, build booths, snack on wild strawberries and currants... There is a small pond - but it is secured under the water surface with a fence. And there are nettles here and there ;-)
