Cottage contains air conditioning, gas burning fireplace on a thermostat, hardwood and tile on main floor, and wall to wall carpet in the bedroom. Towels/linens, soap, hair dryer, use of iron and board included. Both televisions have Premium cable, Max, Hulu, Apple TV, Netflix, Amazon Video, MasterClass, and other internet options. She has been certified in COVID cleaning procedures and has added to her cleaning protocols the wiping down of all surfaces with disinfectant, especially door handles and light switches.
