The Old East Hamilton Hotel, Room 1

My house was built as a hotel in 1806, but has long since been a family home. The two front bedrooms face a beautiful meadow across Rt. 12, as does the upper porch. All 3 are newly renovated, with a queen bed in each bedroom. Spacious new bathroom features recycled lumber from house itself! My downstairs dining room is available for coffee, tea, and grab and go snacks, including something home baked. Or sit and chat! The space This listing is for a private queen bedroom. The hallway and large bathroom are shared with one other queen bedroom. There is a second floor porch, also shared, overlooking Rte. 12 and a meadow. The rooms are newly remodeled, the bathroom is large and brand new! Guest access You are entitled to the space you reserve, plus the front porches and dining room. You are welcome to the yard and 4 foot fenced yard for a manageable dog! During your stay I will make myself available by text, phone, or knock on the door! I may be able to help with your pet, we would have to make arrangements. Other things to note Other information: There is another private bedroom across the hall, also with a queen bed.
