Relaxing 3 Bedroom Home with a Pool!

Walk into a relaxing and stylish "Beach Theme" decorated home, that brings in a wonderful relaxing atmosphere to you and your family. Dive into the awesome refreshing pool during the summer and prop your feet up while your kids play. The space Our home is well-equipped for both short and long stays, accommodating up to 8 guests, including adults and children. The home is 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. The two bedrooms feature a full-size bunk bed with a twin-size bunk above, with a maximum weight limit of 250 lbs for the bunk bed. One bedroom has short carpet, while the rest of the home boasts tile and vinyl flooring. The master bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a private restroom, a tub, and a stand-up shower. Additionally, the master bedroom offers private access to the pool, while the living room provides the main entrance to the pool area. Each room is equipped with its own Roku TV for your viewing pleasure, including access to Netflix. To enhance your experience, we have installed automatic lights that illuminate from approximately 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM, coinciding with our quiet hours. We aim to ensure that you enjoy your stay with the privacy and comfort of your own home. Please note that the pool is not heated but is available for use year-round. We uphold high cleanliness standards, regularly washing and replacing bedsheets and pillows as needed. Most furnishings are fairly new, and we consistently remodel and replace items to keep the home fresh for all our guests. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises and in the pool area, as are pets and parties. Our home is conveniently located just 5 to 10 minutes away from major stores like Walmart and Publix, as well as various restaurants. Additionally, you'll find Legoland within less than 10 minute drive, making it easy to enjoy local attractions during your stay. Please take a moment to review our rules and guidelines. It’s important to note that our properties are subject to an approval process. This is in place to ensure the safety of both your well-being and the integrity of the property. Remember, you are residing in someone else's home, and we want to ensure that the care you show for it mirrors the care we would extend to your own space. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house, with the exception of the garage, which is reserved for our vehicle and motorcycle. However, you are welcome to use the washer and dryer located in the garage during your stay. Please note that the pool is serviced between Friday and Monday, depending on holidays. The lawn maintenance occurs on the same schedule, and trash removal typically takes place on Friday mornings. This information is especially relevant for guests with longer stays. For your convenience, the trash bins are located inside the garage for your use. Other things to note The pool remains accessible throughout the year, though it is not heated. We prioritize cleanliness and regularly wash and replace bedsheets and pillows as needed. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we have established a set of important rules that we ask all guests to follow. While additional guidelines will be provided at check-in, please take note of these essential rules that we enforce strictly: 1) Pets are not permitted due to the owners & cleaning crew' allergies. 2) Smoking is prohibited both inside the property and in the pool area. 3) Check-in is available after 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. The alarm will activate automatically at 11:15 AM. 4) Parties are NOT allowed on the premises at all. 5) The maximum occupancy is 8 people, limited to those listed on Airbnb. The maximum occupancy of 8 people includes adults, babies, and children. No additional guests are allowed unless approval has been given by the host. 6) An additional fee of $200.00 will be charged for any unregistered guests which will include an immediate termination of your stay. 7) Unregistered guests, pets, parties, smoking, or illegal drug use will lead to an immediate termination of your stay. 8) The garage contains personal belongings and is a shared space; parking is not allowed as it holds our motorcycle and occasionally our vehicle. We kindly request that children do not play in this area to avoid any damages and extra charges. 9) Guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer located in the garage. 10) Basic essential items will be provided, but any supplemental items will be the responsibility of the guests. 11) Eating and drinking in the bedrooms is prohibited. If the home is left excessively dirty, additional charges may apply. 12) Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We ask that you be mindful of noise levels to respect our neighbors; repeated complaints may result in immediate termination of your stay.
