Description
The Gardener’s Greenhouse is a peaceful studio on 2 hectares of land overlooking a garden, wetlands and cycle trail beyond. It is on a lifestyle block in a semi-rural subdivision, half way between Motueka and Mapua, with Kaiteriteri, Abel Tasman National Park and Nelson, not much further away. You will need a car to get around. Start your Great Taste Trail here with home baking, a continental breakfast tray for your first morning, free range eggs, seasonal fruit and vegetables from our garden. The space The studio is modern and clean. It has a private deck with a RUSTIC OUTDOOR SINK, blinds on one side and a trellis on the other. You are welcome to help yourself to any fruit and vegetables in season or feed them to the sheep and chickens. An air conditioner, small fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, electric jug, portable induction hobs, china and cutlery, extra towels and hair dryer are provided. We also provide a washing machine as a service to you, but NOT A DRIER. You can use a portable clothes rack or our clothesline and there is a drier at the laundromat in Motueka if you need one. We have unlimited wifi, a Smart TV and Netflix with a selection of reading material and board games. Please note our place is not safe or suitable for children over 6 months. If you would like to stay with a baby under 6 months please enquire before booking. Guest access The studio is at the end of the driveway with plenty of space to park and turn around. Bikes can be locked away safely. Other things to note Earlier check ins or late departures may be available, please ask when booking. We can accommodate electric vehicles for overnight charging with an outdoor plug for an additional $8 per night. Please let us know at the time of booking if you wish to use this facility.
