Sunday's Surf & Siesta is a renovated historic beach bungalow as seen on HGTV and DIY Network's -Restoring Galveston Season 3 ! Completely renovated historical 1921 bungalow walking distance to the beach and restaurants. This bungalow is 4 houses down from the seawall. This home is spectacular! The home is 890 square feet but, feels so much bigger & includes a 1 car garage, deck, outdoor shower and cowboy pool! The space Enter to a covered front porch where you can sit and listen to the ocean while drinking your morning coffee. An abundance of windows infuse the home with joyful sunshine yet, the windows all have black out curtains for a peaceful night sleep or siesta time. Stunning refurbished paneling and all new modern amenities. Both bedrooms have closets and luggage racks for your belongings as well as smart tv's with Netflix, Disney+ and YouTube tv. Bathroom one has a heated toilet seat and tub/shower combo. Bathroom two has a heated toilet seat and walk-in shower. There is a third twin size bed located in the laundry area/common area. Nice size back deck with seating. We offer beach stuff (boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, beach wagon, and a charcoal grill (Charcoal, Lighter Fluid not included) in the garage for your enjoyment. We have a cowboy pool (Pool open from May to October) in the back to cool off in on those hot summer days and an outdoor shower to rinse off in on your way back from the beach. Guest access You will have access to the entire home & yard. There is off street parking and a long driveway to park on which fits 2 vehicles. Other things to note -We do not allow children under 7 years of age due to having a cowboy pool. - 5 guest MAX! If you instant book and have more than 5 people or invite guest not on the reservation, you will be asked to leave and no refund provided. -NO PETS allowed. Our 8 year old son has severe pet allergies and he visits the home frequently. -No Smoking, No Vaping & No Marijuana allowed on the property. -No third party bookings allowed. -Must be 25 years old to book this home.
