Guest suite in Rehoboth Beach

Spacious 2nd floor Suite w/private entrance, driveway parking, located in a residential neighborhood that is 3.8 miles from Rehoboth boardwalk, only a 10-15 minute drive (depends on traffic) Close to all that Rehoboth/Lewes Beach offers. Tanger Outlets, Beach, Boardwalk, Nightlife, Breakwater Trail (biking/hiking-entrance is a 5 min bike ride), Cinema and many restaurants and stores. The space The Suite is spacious and provides guest with a kitchenette (mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and Keurig), individually wrapped plastic utensils, k-cup coffee, disposable coffee cups, 2 person table and chairs, a large closet with hangers, clothes steamer, one bedroom, full bathroom supplied with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, mouthwash, towels, wash cloths, hair dryer and hamper. The bathroom is only accessible via the bedroom. There is also a single bed. Located close to one of the areas hidden treasures, Breakwater Trail. Breakwater Trail is great for biking, walking and running. Guest are welcome to bring their bicycles and with a 5 minute bike ride be on the trail and enjoying a shaded and scenic ride to either Lewes Beach or Rehoboth Beach. There is also parking available at Breakwater Trail, for those who would like to walk/run the trail. The Suite cannot accommodate more than 4 guest. Any additional guests will be asked to leave. Guest access Guest have access to the entire suite. Other things to note The suite is part of my house. I’m on the premises daily. If the weather is warm, you will most likely find me outside working in the yard. You may hear my family going through our normal daily activities during your stay and the dogs will bark on occasion.
