The Wildflower Studio

***Backyard under construction. There is a bit of sand and some lawn. However, there is a new patio and patio concrete.... Set amongst the trees in Leschenault... This quiet and comfortable one bedroom studio is positioned at the front of our property, adjoining the main house. Fully self-contained for a comfortable getaway or business trip, you'll have everything you need to comfortably relax and unwind. The space The Studio on Wildflower is a one bedroom self contained unit. It is attached to the front of the main dwelling and has its own entrance making it completely private. The Studio has its own private patio. However, the fire pit/ playground and the backyard is shared. The bedroom sleeps four with one Queen bed and one Bunk bed. With beautiful views out to the garden. The ensuite has a shower and features a large mirror and lots of bench space. There is also a washing machine, dryer and laundry sink. Clothes horse, washing basket, iron and ironing board are also provided. A porta-cot and highchair can also be available upon request. The spacious kitchen features a breakfast bench with three bar stools. Nespresso coffee machine with pods, microwave, kettle and toaster. Gas stove with pots and pans and a fridge freezer. A small amount of tea, coffee, sugar and milk are complementary on check in. The  Studio offers a large comfy sofa and TV. There is a dining table with four dining chairs with plenty of space to relax. The split system offers air-conditioning and heating in the living area, and there is a pedistool fan in the bedroom cupboard. The fire pit in the backyard is for everyone to enjoy in the cooler months. Please be aware that it is located in the backyard and is a shared area. (please check shire guidelines before lighting, as there are fire restrictions). Large children's playground with plenty of space to explore on the North side of the propety. Chickens located at the back of the house - Fresh egg collection daily if you wish. Guest access To access the Studio, there is a seperate front door to the left of our main front door. There is a lock box on the wall with the keybto the front door. (you will recieve check in details a few days before your arival) All guests will have access to the North facing backyard. There is a fire pit and large playground. Please be aware that they are shared areas with our family that lives on the property. Other things to note Feel free to walk around the propety to see the chickens, collect eggs and wander the vegetable garden. However, We ask that you do not enter the South Side (past the vegetable garden/ behind the carport) this area as it is kept private for our family. Thank you. Registration Details STRA6233JX6RD4WT
