Charming typical Sicilian apartment with two bedrooms, 20 meters from the sea, recently renovated, in the heart of the historic center of Giardini Naxos. The apartment, ideal for 3 people, is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a balcony located on the 1st floor of a detached house. The house has 2 entrances, and consists of a separate laundry room, kitchen, living room, bedroom with double bed and bedroom with single bed. The space The kitchen has everything you need for lunch and dinner: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, table with 4 chairs, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and utensils. There is a living room with a TV corner. The bedroom is furnished with a single bed and nightstand, while the master bedroom has a double bed with storage, chest of drawers, wardrobe and nightstands, folding luggage rack. Finally, there is a balcony with clotheslines for hanging laundry. Guest access The house is located in the heart of the San Giovanni district, the historic center of Giardini Naxos, and you just have to cross the road to get to the sea (you can opt for either the free or equipped beach). It is easily accessible from Catania airport, thanks to direct bus connections and the stop is no more than 100 meters away. In the immediate vicinity, there are several grocery stores, greengrocers, a butcher shop, a pastry bar with excellent typical products including the real Sicilian granita, and a couple of traditional restaurants. About 200 meters away is the start of the tourist promenade, a succession of bars, restaurants and shops. In Giardini Naxos, which was the first Greek colony in Sicily, there is also an archaeological area with interesting excavations and findings of the Greek Civilization. Also by bus (stop less than 100 meters away) you can reach, in about 10 minutes, the center of Taormina, with the elegant Corso Umberto, the Greco-Roman Theater, the Villa Comunale, (with panoramic views of the bay of Naxos and Mount Etna), and the Gothic-Norman Cathedral. Also by bus you can reach the beach of Isola Bella and the panoramic village of Castelmola. Giardini Naxos is also a great stop for organizing excursions on Etna.
