Base Camp - for those who love the mountains

At the slopes of "Grigna Meridionale" (at 1300 MASL) a relaxing oasis in the quiet surroundings of grass, woods and rocks. The ideal starting location to organize excursions in Grigna, full of tracks to satisfy even the most expert climbers. Important information for the winter season: given the increase in pellet prices, the same will be charged separately based on actual consumption at a price of 10€ per bag. Between Dec 15th and Jan 15th, the minimum stay is 5 nights. The space The apartment has a large living space consisting of the kitchen with dining table for 6 people, and living area with sofa bed and TV which leads to a nice terrace overlooking the garden. In the attic there are 2 beds, one double and one single. The small bathroom with shower completes the house. Outside there is a large portion of the garden for exclusive use, set up with a gazebo with table and benches. Guest access The house is reached by a private driveway that branches off from via Alle Quaglie. The driveway widens near the house to provide a parking space for two cars. Care must be taken not to impede the passage to the garage, which cannot be used for guests as it is reserved for the owners of the apartments. The apartment is located on the first floor of a building of five units, and it is accessed via an external staircase. Other things to note The road to get to Piani Resinelli is a beautiful mountain road, which runs along 14 hairpin bends. In the winter season, it is important to have the correct equipment (snow tires, snow chains, etc.) as the arrival point is 1300m above sea level. Pets are allowed up to medium sized.
