Guest access On-site, gated driveway parking. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Please note that Puerto Rico is an incredible and beautiful island. That said, its infrastructure is not as well developed as the US and it is a tropical, humid environment. That means that sometimes power/water outages occur in the area, especially during hurricane season. We have a generator and cistern but there may still be inconveniences related to these events. Additionally, due to the property’s proximity to the rainforest you may inevitably encounter leaks, insects and lizards. We do frequent sealing and pest controls but it is impossible to prevent everything. Uber and deliveries can also be unavailable or unreliable here. At the end of the day, this is a home, not a resort. Like in any home, things happen. We will always be responsive and work to solve any issue you may encounter. We are a small business that cares deeply for the property and our guests and strives for 5 star experiences but we are not perfect. If you are looking for a resort style experience or cannot be understanding of this, this is not the right stay for you. Additionally, Pancho’s is not a party home. This home is intended for families to enjoy a peaceful stay in the rainforest. Please be sure to read all house rules before booking as we will not tolerate rule violations. Any guests who break the house rules will be subject to additional charges or removal from the property.
