Includes the house, cottage, large pool and lighted clay tennis court. Bikes are available to ride to the beach. A golfing paradise. You will be the only guests on the property. Property is six acres and has an 800' long driveway to provide a peaceful stay. Neck road is a low traffic neighborhood that is beautiful and scenic. The space This home in Ponte Vedra Beach is like a personal resort. Recline by the private pool in comfortable lounge chairs, grill outdoors, watch movies in the theater, hire a private chef or ride a bike to the beach. A few minutes away from shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, amazing spas, world class golf, inter-coastal waterway, boating, deep sea or inter-coastal fishing. America's oldest city of St Augustine is 20 minutes away. If you want to party and have loud music please do not rent our home. This is not a party house. Loud music is not allowed at anytime. This is a quiet and isolated home in a secluded neighborhood. We have neighbors who are sensitive to loud music so please be kind and respectful. Quiet hours are after 10PM. Before finalizing your reservation please note that we do not allow for any additional guests on the property other than the registered guests at any time. We do not allow weddings, receptions, events, parties, photo or video shoots. Thank you for your understanding. Guest access All vehicles must park in circular driveway stalls. No parking by the tennis court, on the street or shoulders. The driveway can hold a maximum of 6 cars. Please do not block the driveway lane for pool cleaner, grounds crew and the property manager. Absolutely no trailers, boats, motor homes, campers or large trucks down driveway. You will not be able to turn around! If you have one, please discuss it with me beforehand; I do have some options. Other things to note The pool is a volleyball "V" style with deep part in the middle, which is about 7" deep. If you choose to heat the pool it will be billed to the guest for actual propane usage. Heating the pool can cost between $25-$100 per day depending on the outside temperature and desired pool temperature. In cooler weather using the solar blanket is important to minimize propane usage & costs. Costs can get high if the solar blanket is not used. The property has a private professional clay Tennis Court for guest use. It is managed, maintained and used by a Tennis Professional. It will be used occasionally while you are on the property by the Tennis Pro. The court is at the front of the property and is 800' from the house. It can not be scene from the house. The Tennis Pro is responsible for guest access to the tennis court. Contact him in advance to schedule court times. He is easy to work with and has a very flexible schedule. His contact information is in the Air BNB booklet at the house. This is our second home and because of this we have two security systems in place. The security system will be shut OFF during your stay. We also have cameras on the exterior of the house and three interior that monitor exterior doors. One on the main level and two on the lower level. I want you to have peace of mind and my commitment that you are NOT being watched...ever! They are for security purposes since the property is so isolated. I want to be up front and transparent about the cameras.
