Cozy apartment with a gorgeous view of the sea and sunsets

A cozy apartment on the Black Sea coast. The spacious balcony offers magnificent views of the sea, sunsets and mountains. The proximity to the sea makes this place even more attractive, the beach is a 3-minute walk away. Next to the house there is a new large shopping center "Grand Mall", cafes and restaurants, a bakery, pharmacies, a supermarket and small shops. If possible, we provide transfer from the airport or railway station. The space The apartment has all the amenities for a comfortable stay for up to 3-4 people. The bedroom has a large king-size bed, the living area has a sofa for one person. (+1 extra bed on request, we provide a good folding bed with a thick mattress) The kitchen has everything for cooking. A washing machine with drying function, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, microwave, gas stove, air conditioner. Spacious wardrobe. The bathroom is clean, two towels for each guest. Guest access If possible, upon request, we provide transfer to the house from Batumi airport or railway station. Parking is available on the property, entrance through a barrier. Other things to note There are many shops, restaurants, cafes, a bakery, a pancake shop, a pharmacy and currency exchangers near the house. There is a fruit and vegetable shop in the yard.
