This family fun home has a 2 story super fast custom water slide, large pool, (extra charge to heat pool) swim up bar, outdoor tiki hut bar with sink and gas grill, charcoal grill, fire pit, sandy beach, dock, boat slip, (no boat lift) paddle boards. Private suite with kitchen & bathroom on lower level with private access leading out to bay. bring your own fishing gear if you like to fish. Home is a labor of love and has brought so much joy to our family & hopefully to yours. The space Our home is Your private family fun resort. So many things to do, you will never want to leave this home. Only five minutes to beautiful white sand beaches, shopping and restaurants. The home has a private suite on lower level, with full kitchen, living room, master bedroom, private bathroom. The upper level of home has another full kitchen, large living room, dining room, 2 guest bedrooms with shared balcony, with large bathroom to share, laundry room, huge screened in back porch and front porch/balcony off of two guest bedrooms. Third level has Master Suite with private bathroom, tub, walk in shower, huge roof top balcony for beautiful view of sunset, having coffee or just lounging, there is also another bedroom with queen bed, two single beds (bunk) and a full bathroom, with shower & tub. The home has a private pool, swim up bar, lounge chairs, fire pit, two story super fast water slide, outdoor tiki hut bar area with sink & gas grill, charcoal grill, boat slip, fishing dock, (bring your own fishing gear), paddle boards, private white sand beach, easy access to 30A, Crab Island, Harborwalk, Sandestin Resort and the Village of Baytown Wharf. Everything you need and tastefully decorated. This home has been renovated and is a five year labor of love. We do our best to continue improvements, upkeep and projects each year to keep it looking beautiful. Large fenced yard for kids to play. Lots of fun free family events and activities in the area. Guest access Guest have the use of entire home, all amenities, including paddle boards, use of 2 story water slide, private pool, (extra weekly fee to (heat pool - $495 per week) swim up bar, we try to keep floats available & a few kid life jackets, fire pit, (bring your own fire wood) beach side, fishing dock (bring your own fishing poles) and so much more. Everything will be your private use while staying in our home. Other things to note The property is an older home restored & very well kept, with beautiful and unique touches. We have done many renovations and continue to do improvements & updates each year to keep it looking beautiful. Please note - Airbnb does not collect the Walton County Tourist Development Tax, so that is collected a week before your arrival and is 5%. The home does have a Fishing Dock, but you must bring your own fishing poles. We have a place to dock your boat, but we do not have a boat lift. We have our own private White beach sand easy to access with paddle boards. Very close to Sacred Heart Hospital. Only five minutes to beautiful white sand beaches, 30-A and Sandestin / Baytown Wharf. Sandestin has Fireworks every Tuesday during season & Wednesday night outdoor concerts. Grand Blvd only five minutes away with Lots of restaurants, shopping and bars , plus movie theater, grocery and more shopping. Farmers Market at Grand blvd every Saturday. Great places for Sunday Brunch Another Broken Egg & Ruby Slipper. Baby gear can be rented ask me for their info. We do charge an extra fee to heat the pool for the week $495.00.
