Close to the beach, our estate is located on top of a hill. A rare place on an unspoiled Côte d'Azur. You will be in absolute calm but 5 minutes from all shops. The 37 m2 accommodation on the ground floor of the villa, accommodates 2 people with equipped kitchen, TV, toilet, shower, king size bed, classic Emma mattress, you stay in a cocoon bordered by a 1300 m2 garden. Possibility to eat on the terrace or inside. We have 2 studios for rent at this property. The space The host lives on the upper floor of the villa. They maintain the property on a daily basis: garden and pool. The pool is shared only with guests of the residence. No outside guests are allowed. There are 2 apartments in the residence which therefore accommodates a maximum of 2 couples. Guest access Guests park in front of the villa. Access to the cove (small Canebas beach) in 15 minutes' walk (downhill). We are on top of a hill with a superb panoramic view. Because of this, the property has many stairs.
