Dog Friendly (1 DOG ONLY) with a $100 pet fee due on Check In. Restricted Breeds: Rottweiler, Pit bull, Doberman, Chow, German Shepherd. Guest access NO BOATS, RV'S OR TRAILERS OF ANY TYPE. Other things to note IMPORTANT! This unit is DOG friendly. No other pets of any type are allowed. There is a $100 Pet Fee due when you book a reservation. You can either pay it thru the booking system or pay in cash upon your arrival. ONLY 1 DOG is allowed per unit and the following breeds are restricted by the condo association: Rottweiler, Doberman, Great Dane, Chow, Pit Bull and German Shepherds. There is also a 50 lb. weight limit. We need to know the breed, color and weight so the dog can be properly registered. There will be a tag to attach to the dogs collar inside the unit. All dogs must be on a leash at all times, including at the beach. The property is monitored by security guards to make sure dogs are registered. Failure to abide by these rules will result in losing your reservation and you will not be issued a refund.
