The space Recently constructed, (finish date July 2021) a 700sqft home above a two-car garage (not for guests) with a carport and electric car charging station (definitely for guests). As you enter you will see the kitchen to the right and the dining table to the left with the main living room straight ahead. A full bathroom as you walk farther in with a rain shower and washer/dryer stack. With plenty of natural light through all of the windows, enjoy nature and serenity all around while maintaining your privacy from the main house on the property. With two big patios, one with BBQ and relaxing rocking chairs to enjoy the views. The second hidden patio has its own 3 person hot tub, with a lounge chair for two when you need to cool off or just lay back. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, and a sizeable closet with extra bedding. Crack open the bedroom windows and enjoy the sounds of the natural creek as they send you off to dreamland. Outside: Discover endless possibilities for outdoor fun in our yard, from roasting marshmallows by the fire pit to playing with your furry friends or practicing yoga on our provided mats amidst the beauty of nature.
