Peaceful getaway located about 8 mins from the town of Margaret River. Snuggle up in front of the wood fire with a glass of red, watch the sunrise or set over the lake that is located on the property, and gaze at the millions of stars that fill the night sky as you sit by the fire pit. For horse riding enthusiasts, why not bring your horse down for a holiday too? There are paddocks to graze in and then they can join you during the day as you explore the many riding trails in the forest. The space You may use the fire pit area, the swings, and the lake. No access to the jetty or the areas in front of the lake at our house. Guest access There is a fire pit area that you are welcome to use. There is also a very big lake that you can swim or canoe in. Children under 16 and adults who cannot swim need to be supervised at all times. The jetty is off limits as is walking around the lake in front of our house. You are welcome to walk around the property that is not near our house - just make sure you close gates behind you. Feel free to pick some lemons if you wish. Please do not feed the guinea fowl or geese or ducks or chickens that you see roaming the property. You are welcome to take a carrot visit and pat the horses grazing in the paddocks (just don’t touch the electric fence!) Other things to note Do you know what a “shouse” is?? A shouse is a “Shed House”. Our shouse is very spacious and comfortable, with 4 bedrooms, 2 toilets and 2 showers. There are 3 queen sized beds and a bunk room that has a double and single bunk in it. A single mattress can also go on the floor in here. There is also access to an undercover secure garage. There is a wood fire place to keep warm, electric blankets on the main beds, and some electric heating in the bedrooms. In summer there are fans to keep cool. Registration Details STRA628523U0F00H
