Seafront house for 8 - BEST location in Medulin!

Our home in Medulin near the city of Pula has breathtaking view on the harbour. The region is full of historical sites, mainly from Roman period as it is a beautiful Arena. The location is perfect for exploring small istrian towns, south Slovenia, north Italy or northwest Croatia or just to enjoy beautiful beaches and surrounding nature. The space Our holiday home is located in small town of Medulin in the best location right on the seafront and in the middle of all that Medulin has to offer. Our family house was built in 80's but was fully renovated in 2012. There are four bedrooms (one on the ground floor and three on the first floor) and a large living room which with well-equipped kitchen where you can cook you meals or you can have take-away meals from our friendly neighbouring restaurant (actually, they can bring you food right to the terrace). All rooms are all air-conditioned. The floors are connected to each other by an internal staircase. There are two covered terraces on the top floor with sea view. The terrace on the ground floor is shaded by an extendable awning on hot days. The terrace on the ground floor also has a view of the sea. There are playing house and a football goalpost on this fenced plot for the children to play and a barbecue for the adults to prepare delicious meals. And there is of course a 28m2 large swimming pool. There are two parking places available so you can leave your car and easily walk to the sandy beaches, restaurants, shops and cultural attractions are nearby. There is a small marina located on the opposite side of the house so you can start your boat trip just few steps from of the house. Many agencies are offering taxi boats to one of 4 little islands in the Medulin archipelago or to Rt Kamenjak who is famous for its rocky beaches and cristal clear water. Guest access You will have access to the whole house as we do not live at the property. Other things to note You will have your the privacy as the house and 1000m2 fenced plot wil be all yours. But you will also be right in the middle of Medulin has to offer such as restaurants, bars, shops, marina... The mailn event place (small square) which ocasionally offer free concerts and events is also right accross the street so this is not a quiet place in July and August. But I can assure you that when you close the doors and windows and turn on the AC you can hardly hear any noise from outside.
