Welcome to our home! This home features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a gorgeous backyard. Large kitchen with island and a large pull out couch complete this space. Custom dining, coffee and side tables all made by a local San Antonio craftsman! Stay close to downtown in our stunning home. *We are offering this as a dog friendly home with a $100 pet stay fee. This allows up to 3 dogs. Inquire about more than 3 dogs. No cats allowed.* 6 guest maximum. The space No smoking anywhere on property. No firearms allowed on property. Please only kind, courteous, and down to earth guests. If you don't like dogs or are scared of pet hair, this is not the home for you. If you like to complain, please book somewhere else. No garage access. The back master bedroom does get warmer than the rest of the home in the summer. If you are a guest that likes to find something to complain about in an attempt to get a refund, please book somewhere else. This is a dog friendly home. Although our cleaners do an amazing job trying to get rid of pet hair, you may see traces of pets in this home. We ask all guests properly clean up after their pets and we do not allow pets on furniture or bedding. All pets must be in a crate if no guests are in the home. Attic, crawl space, hot water closet, and cleaning supply closet are off limits to guests. Hosts and property owners are not responsible for any injuries, death, stolen/lost property, or any other liabilities. This applies to all humans and animals.
