This charming getaway features **2 private bedrooms**, each with a cozy queen bed, and a **convertible sofa** in the living room that folds out into a queen bed. Kick back and enjoy your favorite shows on the large living room TV. The **fully renovated kitchen** offers all modern amenities, equipped with a high-top table for 4, a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and all the essentials to whip up delicious meals. The **full bathroom** includes a tub and shower for a refreshing start or end to your day. We provide high quality fluffy towels and a hair dryer. Our favorite space? The **spacious screened porch**! Furnished with comfortable seating, ceiling fans and a TV, it’s the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening breeze. Step outside to the **fully fenced backyard**, surrounded by a 6-foot wooden privacy fence. The outdoor area is designed for relaxation and fun, featuring a **gas grill** and seating for gathering under the stars as well a picnic table for outside dining. Other things to note ***Our Beaches*** Laguna Beach does not allow development on the beach side of Front Beach Road which means NO HIGH RISE CONDOS and substantially less crowded beaches . You do not have to fight with the rental chair companies to secure the perfect spot near the water. Our home is just **1.5 blocks from the beach**, making it an easy and quick walk to the stunning shoreline. Prefer to drive? There’s convenient parking near the beach. Explore the neighborhood in style with **golf carts, scooters, or bikes**, all available nearby for daily or weekly rentals. ***Our Pet Policy*** We warmly welcome travelers with dogs! When booking, please let us know if you’ll be bringing your furry friends so we can include the **$50 pet fee** in your quote. We happily accommodate **two dogs of any breed or size**, and if you’d like to bring more than two, simply message us for approval and additional pricing. If you are traveling with other types of pets, message us and as we do accept other types of pets on a case by case basis. Your pups will love the fully fenced backyard, and you’ll love the ease and comfort of staying in a truly pet-friendly home. We are a 10 minute drive from the Pier Park dedicated dog beach. ***Security Camera*** For guest safety and property security, we have one Ring camera on the exterior (facing the driveway) of the property primarily used when the house is not occupied. It records audio and video 24/7. There are no cameras inside the house.
