Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two double beds and bunk beds. Bathroom with shower over the bath. Guest access Guests have full use of the house and garden. Parking is free on street, in front of the property, with no restriction. Getting around is easy via car, walking, buses and trains. Visit the Victorian town centre of Llandudno and its 19th century pier. Further afield explore Snowdonia National Park, Surf Snowdonia, the medieval town of Conwy and its magnificent castle, plus so much more. Other things to note Our house is located on a hill. The walk down to Llandudno along the tram tracks and back up again is lovely, but steep. Self check in is via keybox at the front door. Please do not book this property for "party" use. We live in a quiet, residential area so parties are not permitted in our property. Please note we pets at a charge of £20 per pet. Please clean up after your pet and bring their own bed to sleep in. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or upstairs or to be left alone inside the house.
