Typical, New Mexican adobe home in a perfect, centralized location, appropriately 6 minutes away from the Santa Fe plaza! Walking distance from a popular café featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, and very close to a historic bike trail that leads directly to downtown. Guest access Guests will have access to entire house including the back yard which includes fruit trees, a garden, outdoor lights, sound system and fire pit. Other things to note To maximize guest privacy, the door has a keyless entry. Guests will receive a code before they arrive. Guests are allowed to use all of the amenities in the house. We have three types of coffee machines: A regular brewer, an Italian mocha, and a Nespresso machine. We provide individual-sized soap bars and shampoo. However, guests are free to use any shampoo, conditioner, etc (bath products) available at the house. The wood stove is available for use. However, if you do use the wood stove make sure to locate the position of the fire extinguisher. The fire pit at the backyard is also available for use. If you use the fire pit make sure to locate the position of the hose in the backwall of the house. If you use the propane grill, make sure to turn it off after using it. NOTE: We are happy with guests using our wood, propane, laundry detergent, etc., this house is rented "as is", meaning that we do not guarantee to provide you with any consumable other than what is listed as amenities.
