Lenaig's house between land and sea

VISIT SOUTHERN FINISTERE and THE GLENAN ISLANDS Located in a quiet and green setting, my house FACING SOUTH is close to the coast and its fine sandy beaches (BENODET 5 km) and not far from QUIMPER (10 km). My house is located 800 m from the Odet (nice walk - beautiful sunset) and close to the village (1 km) with its local shops. WANT TO GO FURTHER? The site of LA TORCHE, the walled town of CONCARNEAU just 1/2 hour away and many other beautiful places... The space HOUSE FACING SOUTH!!! On the ground floor, you will have the large living room consisting of a living area (table with extension that can accommodate 8 people) - a relaxing area with sofa, TV, DVD player and a kitchen open to the latter. Equipped kitchen: gas stove, oven, microwave, teapot, coffee maker, etc... I will give you free access to all and as I like to cook, normally you will not miss anything ;). There is also a bathroom and the bedroom with the sofa bed convertible into a bed. Also access to a small part of the garage where you will find the washing machine, freezer, vacuum cleaner, iron etc... Upstairs you will find the two bedrooms with double beds (one with a 180 X 200 bed), a separate toilet and the bathroom with shower. Just so you know, bedroom 2 is my teenager's room, which will be redone within 15 days. GARDEN to the SOUTH with the sun on the terrace from noon until sunset, which is great for barbecue evenings. Guest access Located in a small, very quiet and relaxing neighborhood where you can hear the birds, my house is easy to access. I have 2 parking spaces but there is the possibility to park a 3rd car. Within walking distance you can go for a walk by the Odet or in the forest. You can also go to the village on foot for local shopping: PROXY (Food, bar, tobacco, newspapers, bakery, pastry shop and food trucks that come during the week to offer fish, Thai dishes etc. Other things to note Since this is my primary residence, I will leave personal belongings in some cupboards but will leave you a lot of freedom and spaces available for you. By nature, I trust people and will note the places to respect, namely certain cupboards and part of the garage, because I can't move everything. My goal is to make you feel at home.
