Welcome to beautiful Fryksås and our cottage Brudtallen Brudtallen is an over one hundred year old cottage with a lot of charm. The house has two floors and has one apartment per floor. The house is carefully renovated and harmoniously decorated in natural colors. The cottage has all conceivable amenities such as: The space - Fireplace for extra cozy factor - Outdoor Jacuzzi on the patio on the ground floor, can be booked by both apartments - Balcony overlooking Siljanbygden - Fully-equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, induction stove, coffee maker and kettle. - Dining area for 8 people - Spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine. - Cross-country ski storage/woodshed outdoors - Wi-Fi - Spacious living room with sofa and armchair - High chair - Pets allowed (for a fee) - Three bedrooms Entrance The parking lot for Brudtallen is just outside the courtyard, it is the highest public parking lot in Fryksås. Brudtallen's upper floor is 80 sqm and has 7 beds in three bedrooms. The entrance to the upper floor is reached via the stairs on the outside of the house. You enter the middle of the apartment where you are met by a spacious hall with a bench, hat shelf and shoe rack. Next to the hall you will find a fully tiled bathroom with shower, washing machine and a large mirror. On one side of the apartment is the sleeping area with three bedrooms. - Bedroom 1 has two single beds (90 cm) - Bedroom 2 has a double bed (160 cm) and a dresser - Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed (90 cm) and a single bed (90 cm) Kitchen and living room Next to the hall on the other side is the open plan kitchen and living room. There is a spacious dining area for 8 people and exit to balcony with magical views of Lake Orsa. Maybe it's Fryksås' best vantage point! The living room has a nice corner sofa, small armchair and a TV with a basic selection of channels. There is also a wood-burning stove for extra coziness after a long day on the ski slopes, or a rainy autumn day. Guest access In front of the house there is a large parking lot where you park for free. Other things to note The cottage is a self-catering cottage so guests bring their own consumables such as toilet paper, spices, oil, baking paper, etc. Electric car: There is no electric car charging at the cottage and it is not allowed to charge from a regular electrical outlet. The nearest public electric car charging station is in Grönklitt, 5 minutes away. Options that can be booked for an additional cost: - Sheets and towels - Cleaning before departure - Outdoor Jacuzzi - Pet surcharge - Firewood If cleaning is not booked, the guest will clean before departure. Follow the instructions carefully. In case of unapproved cleaning, the guest will be charged. Cleaning products for cleaning are available in the cabin.
