The space Our apartment is located in the heart of the city of Split, about 500 m from the ancient Diocletian's palace and just 100 m southern from the Fort Gripe. The Apartment is less than 5 min walking distance from the sandy beach Bacvice and beach bars, clubs and restaurants. Ferry port, railway and bus station are 10min stroll down the street. The apartment has two bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen with a dinning room and a bathroom. In front of the main bedroom and living room there is a private large sunny garden. Total size of apt is 80 m2, whereas the garden spreads over an area of 100 m2. Free broadband wireless internet and cable TV are available as well. (There is a flat TV in each bedroom and in the living room). The apartment is intended for maximum of 6 persons. Although the apartment is located in the centre, it is situated in the quiet neighborhood. This is a non-smoking apartment. Public (street) parking is in front of the apartment. There are two parking lots 50 meters away and one commercial garage is five minutes walking distance. Long term stays are available in off season. Monthly rent prices are negotiable.
