Baseboard heater. Portable fans. Evaporative cooler controlled upstairs. Close to trails! **Noises from 2-level, there’s a noise machine for light sleepers. Strict cancellation policy The space ****If you’re a light sleeper and/or sensitive to noise, we do have a sound machine with a selection of nature sounds. ***Please note, your guest space is on lower level and there is a second level above where noises can heard, including foot steps and other sounds. Please note-Assigned guests only permitted. Provide first and last names of all guests. Your dedicated NON-SMOKING lower guest space (approximately 400 sq ft) has its own separate entrance. Upstairs space is separately occupied. Bonita’s Casita is named after our dog. She's a native Sedonain dog 17 years young who went to the rainbow bridge in 2023. Her favorite trail to hike was Sugarloaf summit. Our other greeter Lil' Missy kitty loves the great outdoors~Don't be surprised if she jumps out to visit! New kitty, Delilah is the newest fur baby 7 months old. Dog pack ~ Two younger pups with lots of energy! Occasionally you may hear doggie paws tapping along w happy barking and playing. ***There is on street parking either in front or across the street however it’s not reserved parking. If you need anything or can’t find something, please ask. I’ll be happy to assist. Access-Go to left side of home-front door that leads to lower section with exterior steps (9 steps) to your own dedicated space of our house and private entrance. Wake up to the sunrise in this lower guest space in our home. Kitchenette section has 1 window and glass slider door. No shade blinds needed in bedroom section. Twin daybed has extra firm mattress with topper. KITCHENETTE/living room area, twin day bed, appliances include refrigerator/freezer, small appliances include microwave, counter top convection oven, electric skillet, blender, coffee maker, electric hot water kettle, dish set, flatware and cooking utensils. Extra large sink. NO BREAKFAST served. Bedroom area-Extra firm queen bed, night stands and a dresser. Full bathroom has shower/jetted tub. Linens, towels and toiletries provided. Look inside copper cabinet for extra toilet paper, blow dryer and iron. Supplemental heat for entire home is gas heating, controlled in main house. In your space, there’s a space heater and electric baseboard heater. EVAPORATIVE Cooler control in upper unit. Your private section tends to stay cooler & has a ceiling fan plus portable Cooler/fan for your convenience. No central AC only evaporative cooler. Tends to be hotter in the summer months. As a courtesy, Wireless internet offered is high speed however not guaranteed as service can be affected by weather and company connection issues. Cable TV and DVD available. The entire home is NON-SMOKING, dedicated to the health of our guests. NO SMOKING permitted on premise. Please note to turn off all heaters, ceiling fan, portable fans, bathroom fan/heater, any appliances and lights when not onsite. Bathroom vent/heater not intended for use over an hour or overnight.
