I do it for the fun of it. If you are just looking for a place to, "Crash", I'm not that. If you expect me to treat you like a King, that's not happening. I clean too much, offer too much, have too much knowledge of the entire city. My place is a little older which is why I price it less. The space Nice room. Close to Universal, Sea World, Disney, and other area attractions. Very quiet area. Downtown is close. I'm on a lake with a great view. - Near Valencia College - Walk-in Closet - Computer Desk and Chair - Tile Floor - Quiet and Friendly Environment - 2 Swimming Pools- 2 Jacuzzi- Key on Kitchen counter - Workout Facility - Key on Kitchen counter (Same key) - Picnic Pavilion - Nice room- Furnished Lake view - Laundry in Home and on Property - Cable Internet (WiFi) and TV - 24/7 Staff or Security on Property -No eating or storing food in the room. I won't eat your stuff. Lol Guest access I'm pretty open. We are all adults. You have the run of the home so Kitchen, Laundry, Living Room, Front Balcony. KEEP IN MIND, Review star ratings are only for the room (I know they have Checkboxes for everything). Everything else are free perks (you can't judge, free stuff, that is evil). The back porch connects to my room so I prefer no one there but aside from that feel free. Also smoking outside only. During your stay You can ask me anything. I've lived here all my life so I can tell you about great places in town (besides theme parks) or take you to all the best places in the city. Some of my favorite places, these are hidden gems that most tourist won't find- Achilles Art Cafe in MetroWest: casual atmosphere, the feel of an internet cafe but no charge just great coffee and fine wine. Le Cafe de Paris in Dr. Phillips: you'll think you're in Paris the atmosphere is delightful and the owners are always there and finally, Pio Pio Restaurant on Precision Dr, Orlando, FL 32819 the best rotisserie chicken, A Tu Gusto restaurant is fantastic and is within walking distance Other things to note I'm in and out a lot so communication is key. Early check-in is an additional $10 and must be arranged early (48hrs in advance) because it may not be available. Also, I do have a real job so it is important to tell me what time you plan on arriving after 3 pm.
