The first floor of living space has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath. The open concept second floor has a fully stocked kitchen, large living room, dining area and fully enclosed sunroom. Multiple decks are located off of the first and second floor. You will not find a cleaner home on the Outer Banks - we take pride in our home and love that our guest do as well! If you are looking for less than the minimum stay requirement, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will try to accommodate any requests! Guest access As a guest, you will have access to the entire home. Other things to note Dogs only. $125 PER dog, non-refundable fee. No other animals allowed! Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and must be crated while gone (crate not provided). Please clean up after your pet! TRAVEL INSURANCE: Before booking, please read and understand our cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance as we do not refund for cancellations outside of the policy listed.
