Spacious apartment on the lower floor, located in a quiet neighborhood with playground and football field a stone's throw away. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, spacious hallway, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Heating cables in all floors. Private entrance with ground terrace. There you have great views of the mountains and good sun conditions. We live on the upper floor, so you have to expect some noise such as footsteps. We also have 2 children and 2 dogs that can be a bit noisy😉 The space The apartment is about 20 min from Odda city center. On the way down to Odda you pass beautiful waterfalls such as Låtefoss, just a 5 min drive from the apartment. It is 1.5 km to the nearest grocery store, this is a local store called Joker Skarsmo. It is 40 km/approx. 35 min to the starting point Trolltunga. 20 mins. to Håradalen Ski Resort. 25 min drive to parking/starting point Buerbreen glacier. Approx. 50 min to the starting point of the Queen's Trail. About 1 hour drive to Mikkelparken. Short distance to Kvinnherad where you will find, among other things, Bondhusvatnet (40 min), and the barony in Rosendal (about 1 hour). Many great hikes in the surrounding area, with several nice fishing lakes. Tips can be obtained upon request. Short distance to sea trout fishing in Etne - about 45 minutes.
