Spacious apartment on the ground floor, located in a quiet neighborhood with playground and football field a stone's throw away. The apartment consists of living room, kitchen, spacious hallway, bath and 2 bedrooms. Heating cables in all floors. Private entrance with ground terrace There you have a great view of the mountains and good sun conditions. We live upstairs, so a little noise should be expected, such as steps. We also have 2 children and 2 dogs who can make some noise😉 The space The apartment is located about 20 mins from Odda City City. On the way down to Odda you pass great waterfalls like Låtefoss, only 5 min drive from the apartment. There is 1,5 km to the nearest grocery store, this is a local shop called Joker Skarsmo. It is 40 km/about 35 min to the starting point trolltunga. 20 min to Håradalen ski center. 25 min drive to parking/starting point buerbreen About 50 minutes to the starting point, the Queen's Trail. About 1 hour drive to Mikkelparken. Short distance to Kvinnherad where you will find, among other things, Bondhusvatnet (40 min), and the barony of Rosendal (about 1 hour). Lots of great walks in the immediate area, with several nice fishing waters. Tips can be obtained on request. Short way to sea trout fishing in Etne - about 45 minutes.
