This is a great place for two couples or a couple with two kids to stay and visit the area. We are just 25 miles from Canton First Monday. There are two bedrooms and two baths with a kitchen. Great patio overlooking a beautiful view. It is a great place to sit and have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. You can hear birds sing or watch an occasional deer stroll by. Beautiful Lake Athens is just around the corner and The Boathouse Restaurant. We are near The Texas Freshwater Fishery. The space The space is all new. We just completed it recently. We are secluded but only 4 miles to town and just down the road from beautiful Lake Athens. You have your own designated parking next to the building. Guest access Guest have access to the entire 2 bedroom, 2 bath space with kitchen, living area and great patio. Other things to note The East Texas Arboretum is not far away and the New York Zip Line is a few miles down the road. We have a great little farmers market down town on Saturday mornings during the growing season. There is also the First Monday Trades Days in Canton. It is about 25 miles from our location. The Texas Freshwater Fisheries is just around the corner. The Black Beauty Ranch is not far away. They have scheduled tours.
