This sprawling beachside retreat features loads of space with multiple living spaces and two outdoor entertaining areas. Downstairs, you’ll find a stylish living room with neutral-coloured couches, a futon and additional armchairs framing a fireplace; as well as a huge courtyard with an alfresco dining table plus additional outdoor lounges, and the luxury of a hammock to use on those lazy afternoons. You’ll also find a rumpus room—with couches and a TV—which acts as a second downstairs living room. An indoor timber dining table sits next to a fully equipped kitchen with all the mod cons. Cook up a storm and make use of the high-end appliances including an oven gas cooktop, full-sized fridge, microwave, blender, coffee maker and more. The primary bedroom offers a lavish king bed, a large window bringing in lots of natural light and a walk-in robe, while the second and third bedrooms come with queen beds. A fourth bedroom sleeps three in a bunk bed with one double mattress underneath a single mattress. Three full bathrooms are spread across the ground floor, with the primary ensuite bathroom boasting a spa bath. The upstairs retreat is laid out with a dedicated living and dining area with couches and two futons for additional guests, plus access to a large furnished balcony offering a backdrop of sea views. There is one bedroom here with a double bed. There is a washing machine and dryer provided, and secure garage parking is available for two cars.
