Quiet Lakeside Getaway Guest Space

*MORE THAN JUST A PRIVATE ROOM!* The guest space includes separate entry, master bedroom, full bathroom and living room all for your personal use! Welcome to your quiet and relaxing lakeside getaway in Coventry, CT. This is the perfect resting place for your business or leisure travels to Eastern CT or UConn. Besides the lake, Coventry offers a diverse range of local food options as well as many parks and hiking trails to explore. The space Ideally suited for couples and singles, your space is the entire lower level of the home which includes a bedroom, full bathroom (with washer/dryer), and living room with double doors that open onto your patio facing the lake. The air mattress and couch are available for 3rd and 4th guests to sleep on. The living room is not completely private because the staircase is open balcony to my space upstairs. Cell service can be spotty at times, especially for AT&T users. There is a security camera outside the house. Additional amenities include: - 60" TV & Roku streaming - microwave, minifridge, snackbar - Keurig coffeemaker; decaf, green tea, and hot chocolate included - >100mbps download wifi speed - twin size air mattress can be set up on request Guest access Guests have access to the downstairs of the house. My personal space is upstairs. During your stay I can be reached by phone or message any time of the day. I work from home about half of the time and I am in and out on the weekends. I try to introduce myself when guests arrive but will not bother you after that. I am open to as much or as little in-person interaction as you want to have.
