The Hygge Spot in Lake Forest Park is just that, cozy! The newly remodeled daylight basement has all the amenities to make your stay easy and enjoyable. It is nestled in the evergreens and surrounded by a beautiful garden of flowers, fruit trees and vegetables. You are close enough to town to access it via foot, bike or car but far enough away to feel remote. 5 min walk to a fun hike in 5 Acre Woods or a 1 mile to the beaches of Lake WA. The space Our daylight basement is light and bright! Newly remodeled with modern touches. It is furnished with a king Casper bed, a long Rejuvenation table that can be used for work, eating or playing games, a fire place to keep warm in the winter or to provide a peaceful ambiance. You are free to roam the garden and smell the flowers or pick an apple or two. Other things to note The studio is a daylight basement which means it is below the main house. We have 2 young kids. While the kids are gone for most of the day, you will hear some noise in the mornings and evenings. We try our best to not be right above the studio so noise is minimal.
