Cozy, Furnished Suite Close to UVic

Looking for a comfortable and affordable accomodation in a central location? Look no further! Our compact suite has everything you need for your stay in Victoria and its located near some of the region's key destinations. The University of Victoria is within a 10 min drive and we are situated wtih easy access to the highway linking downtown to the ferry terminal. Explore the farms of the Blenkinsop valley, take in a hike on Mt. Doug, hit the beaches or head downtown for some food and culture. The space Our space is compact, but has everything you need to enjoy your stay. There is a full kitchen with microwave, stove, range and fridge. A full washroom with spa inspired shower, a workspace with desk, chair and monitor, as well as a breakfast area and the main space for living and sleeping, which features an electric fireplace to get cozy at night. The suite is set up as a bachelor and uses a sofa bed to create your sleeping space. There is free in-suite laundry as well as ample storage for your belongings. Open up the french doors on a warm night to expand your living space into the priveate yard with patio and bistro table set. Guest access Guests have access to the suite as well as the front patio area. Other things to note This space is in our home below our master bedroom. We do have two young children and occaisionally you may hear some footsteps or muffled sounds. We added soundproofing during the construction to ensure guests have a comfrotable and private stay.
