The house has all the amenities for a comfortable stay and rest from the hustle and bustle of the city. Feel like a vacationer while in the city and close to the sea. On the first floor there is a lounge/dining area with huge windows, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, and a storage room. The second floor is a bedroom with a large 180x200 bed. The space The entire guest house and one parking space in the yard are at your disposal. The courtyard and swimming pool (available only in summer) are common areas. A gazebo with a summer kitchen and grill is available for an extra fee. There is a dog and a cat living in the yard Other things to note Steep staircase to the bedroom on the second floor. From the parking lot to the guest house there is a 70-step staircase.
