Stable Cottage lies at the edge of the beautiful Marshwood Vale in West Dorset, a mile from Charmouth beach and the magnificent Jurassic Coast that stretches from Lyme Regis to West Bay. The cottage has two doubles and a twin, with an open fire in the sitting room for chilly evenings (and fast fibre broadband). It's a great base to explore the countryside, swim, hunt for fossils, unwind in the big garden, or to seek out the best food and drink in Dorset. The space The cottage was built in Edwardian times as the stables to the big house across the yard, and was converted to a holiday home fifty years ago. The big house is currently being redecorated and will be empty during your stay, so you have the run of the garden. There are two bedrooms upstairs, with a bathroom between, and a twin room on the ground floor that has light on three sides. The kitchen overlooks the tennis court. There is night storage heating and fibre broadband.
