Cozy, bright basement suite in an older bungalow located on a quiet residential street, just a few minutes’ walk from Gatineau Park. Enjoy a private entrance through a lovely backyard and a peaceful, homey atmosphere ideal for relaxing stays. The space is warm, spacious, and filled with natural light, offering a comfortable retreat close to nature. Guests also have access to board games for added enjoyment during their stay. The space The suite is located in the basement and accessed via a carpeted staircase. It includes a separate bedroom with a queen bed (firm mattress), a living room with a futon-style sofa bed (firm mattress), and a dining area. Bed linens are provided. The full bathroom is clean and functional but not renovated. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, and towels are provided. The kitchenette includes essentials: basic utensils and cutlery, a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, and Keurig coffee maker (coffee included). No stove and no freezer. There is a key lock box by the door at the back entrance. Other things to note There is no stove, only a microwave oven and toaster. Laundry machines in the basement suite are not available to guests. Quiet hours between 11 pm and 7 am are to be observed. No unregistered guests and no parties. No smoking or vaping on property.
