The apartment was newly renovated in 2024. It is located on one of the most picturesque streets in the city centre full of restaurants and cafes. A few minutes walk to the food market, Dragon bridge, Prešeren square and other city attractions. In the case of the long-term rental, the expenses for heating, electricity, water, waste, and internet are charged separately. NOTE: city tourist tax is not included in the rental price (3.13 euros per person per night). The space The apartment was newly renovated in 2024 and completely furnished and equipped. The open space kitchen and living area are comfortable and cosy. The bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) faces the inner courtyard and is peaceful and quiet. We can add an extra bed for the third guest. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. The apartment is equipped with an air conditioner. Guest access The apartment is located on the ground floor in the pedestrian zone, only minutes from the central food market and Dragon Bridge. We do not have a private parking spot, the nearest parking house is on Komenskega ulica 30. Other things to note NOTE: city tourist tax in the amount of 3.13 euros per person per night (children aged 7 - 18 years 50% discount) is not included in the rental price. You can pay the tax through the Airbnb resolution center before arrival or in cash before departure.
