Self catering accommodation in a quiet neighbourhood on a one way road with easy access through the garden to the town of Newton Abbot. Here there are shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. There is a private drive for 1-2 cars. There are lots of lovely beaches to explore - Teignmouth, Shaldon, Dawlish, Torquay, Paignton and Brixham. Also good access to Dartmoor. Good links to Exeter and Plymouth. The space Open plan kitchen and dining with a comfortable space to enjoy the views from inside or out on the deck. Quiet living room with seating and an outlook to Newton Abbot. Downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The rainfall shower is in the bath and another toilet. There are two seated areas in the garden - on the deck and lower down on the paved area where it is cooler under the copper beech. Access to the town is via the gate at the bottom of the garden. Guest access Parking is available outside the house for 1-2 cars. I share the space with my neighbour.
