Couples Lux Retreat - 1 Bed Coastal Holiday Flat

Less than a mile from Tynemouth and the Fish Quay, this couples retreat is a superb one bedroom 'entire’ flat. A typical Georgian style Tyneside building with original features, huge master bedroom with a four poster bed, stylish lounge, fully equipped kitchen with a new washing machine, dishwasher and fridge, a large bathroom with roll top bath and walk in shower. The location of this flat is brilliant, a week or weekend stay will not disappoint! The space I am a 12 times super host with my larger 5 bed room property and 2 bedroom flat and very very excited to launch my new couples coastal flat to Airbnb. The flat is located on Park Crescent in North Shields, 0.8 miles from the trendy bustling village of Tynemouth. It is a typical original style Tyneside flat, ground floor so easy access for bikes and prams! This is a one bedroom flat with an antique four poster frame and brand new double divan bed, quality mattress topper, luxury bedding and towels. I have a really cool ‘bed in a bag’ futon style roll out bed, great for children if needed! The bedroom is so big you can easily fit the roll up bed and a travel cot. Please bring your own travel cot and bedding and a sleeping bag for the roll up bed. We have a basket of new toys and games for children. This space fits best for one couple with a baby and/or a small child. The front garden is small and looks on to the pavement, it has a nice sunny aspect. There is a back yard which is shared but very quiet and doesn’t really get used but we are in the process of designing it as an outdoor space for 2022. I don’t give BBQ’s for my property’s as I find people leave them behind, but your are more than welcome to bring your own and put it in the lower yard on the concrete and take it away with you. The yard does get sunny throughout the day in parts! We do allow our guests to bring one small well behaved dog. We ask that you please ensure you keep your dog as clean as possible and not allow him to be on the furniture, beds, rugs or carpets. Please bring your own dog bed and towels and clean up after your pet. We have high speed Wi-fi and the flat is a tranquil place to work from home if needed Guest access This flat is a private entire space with its own entrance. Other things to note Parking can sometimes be tight on this street so don’t always expect to get a space right outside!
