We will generally be available in person to greet arriving guests, or else will make other arrangements with you prior to your arrival. If you are staying for an extended period, there will be a weekly cleaning service for the common areas of the house (including the private master bath). The Richmond Airport, a small private airport, is only 5 miles away. One parking pass for the South Kingstown Town Beach, & a beach locker there, are included with your reservation. The pass is good for 1 vehicle & there is no "per person" fee for the beach. The town beach is located about a 10-minute drive from the house, in Matunuck. The beach is on the Atlantic Ocean. There are real bathrooms, a picnic area with grills, a volleyball court, a playground, and other amenities at the facility. The parking lot does not typically have long lines or fill up early like the State beaches do.
