The Beresford was renovated in 2015 and has its own 55 ft. of Lakefront, dock, and rowboat. Lower Herring Lake is an all sports lake with a gradual change in depth for swimmers of all ages and abilities. Enjoy incredible sunsets. Sleeps 6-8. Queen BR main level, 2 bedrooms upstairs with queen in one & twin beds in the other. Two rollaway comfy cots as well. Bath on each level. Full kitchen, fireplace, flatscreen with DVD player, washer/dryer, gas grill, fire pit & WIFI. No smoking, no pets. Other things to note This is a Saturday to Saturday Summer Rental
