Floor Plan is as follows: This three story apartment is accessed via a short flight of stairs to reach the main door entrance. It also uses stairs to reach level approx. 15 steps to each level. On the ground floor is the garage, laundry, semi-private patio and two bedrooms with shared bathroom. On the second floor is the main entrance, three bedrooms with three ensuites and a balcony. Up on the top floor is the lounge, open plan kitchen and balcony with BBQ. Parking: 1 x parking in garage. 1 x allocated parking right outside garage Wi-Fi: Data is free and unlimited. Kitchen amenities: We supply a coffee plunger, coffee grind, instant coffee, tea, sugar and milk. Message from Ray: This unit uses stairs to reach each level. One of the bedrooms downstairs does not have a internal door and instead a partition curtain is in place to provide privacy. Note that the 13th and 14th guests will be sleeping on rollaway beds which are not nearly as comfortable as a full-sized beds.
