Private use of two bedrooms on top floor, one of which has an en-suite bathroom and shower. Shared use of garden, kitchen, second toilet and lounge. Cookware, coffee, snacks and soft drinks provided. Guest access Private garden with seating. During your stay I am licensed to host up to three guests. Only one group of guests is present at any time and has private use of two bedrooms on the top floor of our modern townhouse. Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and a desk area with excellent WiFi. Toddlers and infants cannot be accommodated because there are two flights of stairs and full-length windows. Children over 12 are welcome. Your hosts occupy the ground floor of the townhouse and share the kitchen, laundry facilities and, to a lesser extent, living room / tv and dining area. Your hosts are very flexible in their use of these areas in respect of mutual privacy and will most often be on the ground floor. Other things to note Remember we have a cat but he is highly unlikely to be on the private top floor as he is happy to be downstairs or outside.
