The new deck leads to a screened dining tent which is a lovely oasis overlooking the Rideau Canal and the locks at Chaffey's. The bedroom has a washroom with indoor toilet and sink. Electric fireplace for those cooler evenings and A/C for those warm summer evenings. Cottage sleeps 2 comfortably. The space Completely renovated for a clean modern look yet boasts some special touches for that comfortable rustic cottage feel. Guest access Private back access to cottage off Herman Rd for unloading bags and parking. The path to the cottage has string lights in the evenings. Other things to note Water has been treated with a UV filter and is fine for cooking but we recommend bottled water for drinking. Bottled water for the water cooler is provided. Guests can bring their own bed linens (sheets and pillow cases) or they are welcome to use ours. We provide blankets for cooler nights. Bed is Queen size.
