Great if you attending a conference at the Sheraton downtown (0.6 mile, 3 min car ride, 10 min walk). 3 min walk to Bottled Blonde Restaurant/Bar/Nightclub. 1 min walk Tom Thumb Grocery and Gas Express. Entire top floor is yours. Very private area. No shared spaces in private Airbnb space. Entrance, foyer, stair case, clothes washer, and clothes dryer are shared with other Airbnb guest. All living spaces are private and not shared. Locked and keyed door to secure private space. WIFI and parking free. Washer and dryer available in unit free. NO KITCHEN access. You do have a private small personal refrigertor and microwave (same as a hotel). I do keep the refrigerator unplugged between guests to save energy. if used simply plug in and gets cold quickly. If pre arranged and requested we do have a blow up mattress that can be used for more then 3 guests. Overall this is an open concept Airbnb. The bed is in an open space with the shower. If you are on the bed or couch you have a clear view of the person in the shower. The couch turns into a small bed. The shower is amazing and massive. It has two built in benches all made and enclosed with marble. It has a rain style middle shower head from the ceiling and two shower heads coming from the top of the glass doors. 3 shower heads in total. SHOWER IS PURE LUXURY. Toilet and automatic self flushing urinal are behind a closed door. The hall way, stairs, foyer, and laundry facilities are shared with other Airbnb guests so we request minimal noise in these areas. Loud noises or partying will not be tolerated especially at night. Guest access The hall way, stairs, foyer, and laundry facilities are shared with other Airbnb guests. Private suite and private bathroom not shared. All private spaces under secured locked private door. There are NO kitchen or additional spaces provided, besides what’s pictured, and a washing machine/clothing dryer (both free of charge but shared with other Airbnb guests). The Airbnb also Includes a small refrigerator and microwave in personal living space. Lock Box self check in and out is used. There are no use of full kitchen included with this Airbnb. Other things to note The front gate and front door are shared with one other Airbnb guest. We ask that these are kept locked at all times. Your private suite and bathroom area are under separate locked and keyed door. All the shared space (front door, front gate, hallways, stairs cases, laundry facility) are under camera security system recording 24 hours. Of course private Airbnb areas have no cameras.
