My cool and comfortable studio apartment with natural stone has a true old city feeling! It comfortably fits two and is centrally located on a quiet street, just 2 minutes from waterfront promenade. It has two beds that can be put together into one bed or they can stay separated, plus it has a extendible sofa if there is a third person. Also the place has a portable A/C unit. Because an apartment is located in an old part of the town it does not have a parking space, but there are plenty of space to park your ride in a radius of 150 meters.There are no other apartments in the house, so you will be the only guests present during your holiday. The hosts will not be staying in the house during your holiday. The accommodation unit is inappropriate for disabled access. Near the house you will find: supermarket, pharmacy, atm, centre, restaurant,....Note that emergency room, discotheque are more than one kilometer away. Also I am a great host and I speak, write and read English very good and I can help you with all of your needs. P.S. if you were in a need of a transportation from Split to Airport or from airport to my place in Split it would cost you 30 Euros for a ride in one direction
