HC Seaclusion

This home is across the street from the secluded neighborhood pool! Located in a private cul de sac, the home also has a fishing pier behind it across the marsh. There are 4 bedrooms, and two newly renovated bathrooms. Kitchen is fully stocked. There are three levels of the home for a some welcoming seclusion within the family. We only rent to those with a 5 * prior rental reviews. Amenity cards available for purchase and golf cart available to rent. Outside security cameras. The space They can use the entire home except for the locked owners closets. Guest access We have a furnished laundry room, garage available, bedrooms, kitchen, etc. they can access everywhere except the locked closets. Other things to note Guests need to sign a separate short term lease, and fill out docusign list of occupancy for island security, and sign liability for golf cart, purchase amenity cards (if you want the card to access gym, restaurants, golf, etc), and pay security deposit. If security deposit isn't paid within 12 hours of booking, lease agreement not signed, occupancy list not filled out the reservation will be cancelled. Absolutely no parties, pets, large gatherings, or loud music that neighbors complain about. We highly prefer to rent to those with prior reviews. If no prior reviews we may be willing to rent if an increased security deposit is paid. We also have only outside security cameras that are easily visible. This is a very relaxing nature resort private island, and a great place to escape and relax to, we are just trying to keep it that way. No pets/animals allowed. Thank you!
