Very conveniently located to the lake for summer fun and to Northstar for skiing in the winter. One queen bed in the master bedroom, loft has one queen bed and one full size bed. Living room couch pulls out to a full size bed. The space Located in Kingswood Village, less than a mile from the north shore of Lake Tahoe and 5 - 10 minutes from Northstar Ski Resort, our townhouse is ideally located to take advantage of the best of Tahoe in the summer and the winter. The master bedroom, bathroom and laundry are located on the ground level, living room with sofa sleeper and kitchen are on the second floor, and the large loft space on the 3rd floor has two beds. The first floor bedroom and second floor living room each have spacious decks including a grill. Guest access Guests access the home via keypad entry. A code will be provided before the start of your visit. The complex has a seasonal pool available to renters, plus tennis, pickleball and basketball courts. We have wireless internet and two smart TV's. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher, plus appliances like a coffee maker, blender and toaster. There is a washer and dryer located in the home on the ground floor.
